• Six (6) R+ (positive) private training sessions in your home, scheduled over 6-10 weeks. We will work together to develop easy environmental changes you can make to improve your small dog’s success and happiness. Additionally, we’ll reboot your pup’s vocabulary and obedience training. Sessions run approximately 45 minutes and can include part or all of the family.
• Five (5) virtual check-ins of 15-20 minutes, one following each in-person training session to troubleshoot and support homework.
• Learn important bonding exercises, calming techniques, and reboot good manners training of sit, down, off, stay, settle, wait, leave it, back, come, and door manners. Moreover, we’ll address your small dog’s behavioral quirks and work on long-line recall.
• Insta (or frame) worthy photos and Good Small Dog! graduation certificate upon completion!
• 15% lifetime discount on individual sessions for tune-ups or new behaviors that crop up.

This twelve-session grouping makes sense for pups whose families need or want them to enjoy more freedom in the world. Here, we focus on all the skills in the starter package, but we have time to expand vocabulary, work on “proofing” skills, and enjoy opportunities for real-world experiences.

Rhode Island Dog Training Advanced Package includes everything listed above in Starter, plus:

• Six (6) additional weeks of R+ (Positive) in-home training sessions for a total of 12 sessions spread over 12-14 weeks. Sessions run approximately 45 minutes and can include part or all of the family.
• Additionally, four (4) more virtual check-ins for in-between session support.
• We will expand vocabulary work to include learning touch, place, over, under, up, quiet, as well as fun tricks for keeping your pup happy and her brain occupied.
• Loose-leash walking outdoors, long-line recall, and deepened training of vocabulary for distance, distraction, and endurance.
• Beyond these foundational skills, several sessions can be scheduled at the beach, park, or other public outdoor meeting place. Weather and dog permitting, swimming lessons and paddle-boarding are possible too.
